Newborn baby Ethan was soooooo so good during his photoshoot at my west Edmonton photography studio! And how could it not go well? I had a perfect sunset maternity session with his parents at St Albert’s Red Willow Park!

I love me a chonky newborn baby! Look at his cheeks! So cute. And his beautiful big sister Pyper got to join in for a photo. (*any photo I post that involves an animal and a newborn is a composite photo. I will also only attempt them with a pet that can show me they can obey the Sit, Lay Down and Stay commands*)

Aria has the sweetest little face! She was such a joy to photograph this weekend.

It may be far too cold to do anything in Edmonton right now, but over the Christmas break, we had beautiful weather! The Wesson family’s two eldest children live in Britain and were visiting for a couple of weeks at Christmas. I was thrilled to be able to do a quick winter family session with them! I photographed sweet little Edmonton newborn Blake and her family yesterday. Aren’t they beautiful? It was also fun having their pug join in for a photo.

I had the pleasure of photographing this little peanut and his mom last week. He was an “older” Edmonton newborn, having arrived well before his due date. However, he slept like a champ and I sped through the setups in about two hours!
