It was a beautiful day for some fun headshots in Old Strathcona.
I spent a fun afternoon with the Fradette family taking some photos of their extended family. It was great being able to get a mixture of indoor and outdoor winter photos.

I was so excited to hear that Amanda was expecting again! I photographed her first baby a few years ago and she’s grown up to be such a little cutie. We did a combination of indoor studio maternity photos and then took a quick trip to the Lois Hole Centennial Park. Have to take advantage of Spring in Edmonton when there are no mosquitoes!
A newborn baby girl to round out this Edmonton family of boys! I usually book my newborn photography sessions for morning as babies are generally sleepier. However, I should have listened to mom when she said that Gracelynn likes to be awake in the morning. Although she was perfectly fine when someone was snuggling her. A pretty typical newborn photography session in Edmonton!
Love this maternity session — a combination of softness and punk rock. And if you look closely the sock money has a nose ring. St. Albert has beautiful outdoor areas along the Sturgeon River. It’s perfect for maternity and family photos in all seasons. I was glad that the river was frozen over so that we could maximize the wooden trestle bridge.
